Resolved
The external provider informed us that they had intermittent issues which could have caused timeouts for some users.
The issue has now been resolved.
Investigating
Currently we are experiencing partial outage with BankId logins. There seems to be an issue with one of the external IdP providers. We escalated the issue to the external provider.
